Position Summary:Brohn Homes, in partnership with our sister company Arbor Homes, is seeking a collaborative, customer-centric, and driven IT Systems Analyst to serve as our dedicated, on-the-ground technology anchor for Brohn Homes. Employed by Arbor Homes as a key member of the broader Clayton West region IT team, this high-impact role gives you the unique opportunity to operate as the sole technical partner face-to-face with the Brohn team while remaining deeply connected to a large, collaborative, and resourceful regional IT organization.
The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for managing day-to-day requests, deploying hardware, maintaining technical inventory, and ensuring all Brohn Homes physical locations, including corporate offices, regional hubs, and model homes, are fully operational. Because you will be the solo IT representative physically located in the Austin office, this position is best suited for a self-starter who takes immense pride in ownership, exercises exceptional communication skills, and thrives on being the go-to person in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses a true people-first mentality, seamlessly managing independent onsite tasks while collaborating virtually with the broader regional team, and is eager to travel between our Austin, San Antonio, and Houston divisions to deliver face-to-face solutions.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This position operates in both a professional office environment and active field locations, including residential construction communities and model homes. It requires traveling approximately 50% of the time. The role routinely involves working with technical hardware, cabling infrastructure, and standard office equipment.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to manage IT cabling and hardware setups. The employee must regularly lift and/or move technical equipment up to 50 pounds (such as computers, printers, monitors, and network switches). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt position. An exempt employee is one who is not entitled to the minimum wage or overtime pay protections of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings and weekends as needed to complete job responsibilities.
Travel: This position requires frequent travel, averaging approximately 50% of the time, to company offices, division locations, model homes, recruiting events, volunteer activities such as Brohn Does Good Days, and company meetings. Travel will primarily be within and between our Texas regional divisions and communities (Austin, San Antonio, and Houston) to provide essential onsite support and set up new communities. This travel will flex based on business demands, with limited overnight travel possible for regional training sessions or company events.
