We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. In this role, you will design and deliver intuitive visualizations that make complex data accessible, enabling stakeholders to better understand performance and uncover opportunities.

You will partner closely with business teams, data engineers, and subject matter experts to develop analytics solutions that support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver data visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights

- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytics solutions

- Collaborate with data engineers to support data sourcing, transformation, and modeling

- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making and analytics-enabled process improvements

- Present findings and insights through clear, compelling storytelling

- Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance business processes through analytics


Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 5 -10 years of experience developing business analytics and visualization solutions

- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau, as well as SQL and data modeling

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

- Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

- Experience leading small projects or workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Power BI and QlikView

- SAP knowledge, particularly in Finance (FI/CO)

- Agile methodology experience

- BI or analytics certifications

- Experience in manufacturing, construction products, or related industries
