IT - Systems Analyst

What You’ll Do:
- Administer and maintain enterprise network, server, storage, and virtualization environments.
- Manage Microsoft Active Directory architecture, security policies, and user access controls.
- Support VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
- Administer Storage Area Networks (SAN), RAID groups, LUN allocation, and shared storage environments.
- Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems.
- Research, evaluate, and implement hardware and software solutions.
- Lead technology projects from planning and design through implementation.
- Analyze system requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Develop technical documentation, operating procedures, and training materials.
- Assist with cybersecurity policy enforcement and network security initiatives.
- Support remote connectivity for field personnel and mobile units.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate and optimize Microsoft environments.
- Collaborate with vendors and manage equipment lifecycle planning.
- Participate in budgeting, strategic planning, and technology roadmap development.

Do you qualify?
- Do you have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a closely related field from a four-year college or university; or a minimum of eight years of experience and/or training directly related to the development, maintenance and support of enterprise networks, storage and servers?
- Are you familiar with setup of maintenance of network and server infrastructure?
- Are you able to write Power Shell scripts?
- Are you familiar with current cyber-security concepts?
We are looking for candidates that:
- Have specialized skills in supporting Microsoft based software systems and applications.
- Can research and implement new or existing systems with little to no oversight.
- Have great customer service and multi-tasking skills.
- Have a working knowledge of local government and state of Idaho procedures and protocols.
