About the Role

We are hiring an experienced IT Systems Analyst III for a long-term opportunity in Lawrenceville, GA. This role supports end-user services and plays a key part in maintaining desktop systems, resolving hardware and software issues, supporting users, and contributing to the overall stability of the IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support through phone, email, and in-person assistance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral, hardware, and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and end-user devices
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, replacements, and routine maintenance
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and technical improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT teams, cross-functional teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues
  • Escalate high-impact or advanced technical issues when needed
  • Apply IT security measures and follow organizational compliance standards
  • Maintain documentation for support requests, resolutions, inventory, processes, and troubleshooting steps
  • Provide basic user training on IT tools, applications, and best practices

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Relevant technical experience may be considered in place of degree
  • 7+ years of enterprise-level desktop support experience preferred
  • Experience with complex system implementations or upgrades
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for high-impact technical issues
  • Experience gathering requirements and analyzing business processes
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability
