As an IT systems analyst senior or lead on the Corporate IT Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team, you'll support the integration of Corporate IT systems for newly acquired companies and help establish repeatable processes that support future integrations. In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders across a variety of business functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Claims, and Commercial Lines, to gather and document business and technical requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and support technology integration efforts. You'll create process maps and documentation, contribute to M&A playbooks, and help translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
This is a remote position.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or related discipline and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted
Preferred skills
- Experience facilitating discovery sessions, gathering business and technical requirements, and creating documentation to support technology initiatives
- Proven ability to drive requirements gathering efforts, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and build alignment across teams
- Knowledge and experience in Corporate IT systems (i.e. HR management systems and ERP systems)
- Proven ability to evaluate current state business and technical requirements to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO); knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Lean principles
Compensation
- $100,000 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
