As an IT systems engineer lead on the Integration Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our integration platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work with and support rapidly evolving technologies within the integration space. You will gain hands‑on experience with modern integration technologies, including API Gateway, AI tools, and Cloud Integration platforms. In addition to contributing to projects across multiple platforms, you will provide production support and participate in cross‑technology training and knowledge sharing. Our team values collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Participation in the on-call support rotation required.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems.
• {OR} Associate's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other related field of study and a minimum of 6 years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems.

Preferred skills

• Experience with scripting for automation or operational tasks, including supporting containerized environments
• Familiarity with integration infrastructure, including AI Gateway solutions
• Ability to leverage AI tools to increase productivity and operational efficiency (strong plus)
• Experience with infrastructure as code and cloud platforms, including Terraform and cloud support such as AWS, Azure, and OpenStack or OpenShift
• Knowledge of the MuleSoft technology stack (strong plus)

Compensation

• $132,000 - $154,000/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
