LeClaire Manufacturing Co. | Bettendorf, IA

About the Role

The IT Systems Manager is responsible for the design, security, and daily operation of LeClaire Manufacturing's IT and network infrastructure, and for advancing the company's use of AI and automation to improve plant and business operations. This is a technical, hands-on position in which the successful candidate is directly engaged in administering systems and resolving issues.

The IT Systems Manager must be hardworking and dependable. The individual must be a willing helper and team member who can also work independently and stay on task without direction and be available on weekends or when systems go down to restore operations promptly.

The ideal candidate possesses and exhibits the Core Values of LeClaire Mfg. (Gratitude, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, and Giving) and encourages the same in co-workers daily.

Essential Functions

  • Design, secure, and maintain the company network, including VLANs, subnets, switches, firewalls, routing, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and remote connectivity
  • Evaluate, deploy, and support AI and automation tools that address real business and manufacturing needs, and advance the company's technology capabilities
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (users, licensing, email, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows Active Directory / Entra
