•Monitor network and system health and resolve hardware, software, performance, and connectivity problems involving user endpoints, servers, and infrastructure components.
•Administer user identities, permissions, authentication, and role-based access controls (RBAC) across Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
•Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows systems, including operating-system imaging, application deployment, patch management, firmware updates, and security updates.
•Provide clear, responsive technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals through both hands-on and remote support channels.
•Assist with server operations and administration of Nutanix, VMware, and Hyper-V virtual environments, including virtual-machine provisioning, resource allocation, and hypervisor maintenance.
•Create and maintain accurate network topology records, infrastructure diagrams, system configuration documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
•Perform additional duties as assigned.

IT Operations & Project Support

•Support IT asset-management activities, including hardware and software inventory, license tracking, and warranty records.
•Participate in infrastructure upgrades, equipment-refresh cycles, and new technology deployments.
•Coordinate with technology vendors and external support partners when issues require escalation or specialized system maintenance.
•Promote sound information-security practices and assist with security monitoring and compliance-related activities.

Required Qualifications

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to end users.
•Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.

•Preferred: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Preferred Qualifications

•Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ certification.
•Experience with virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and cloud services.
•Basic scripting experience with PowerShell or Bash.
•Familiarity with SQL databases or experience supporting business applications and integrated systems.
•Previous IT support experience within a manufacturing operation or ERP environment.
