IT Specialist Responsibilities:

Maintain and support company computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and system-related issues for employees.
Set up and configure new employee workstations, email accounts, software access, and security permissions.
Manage and support Google Suite, admin console, Apple Business Manager, etc.
Assist with Monday.com administration, user setup, workflow troubleshooting, and process support.
Support cybersecurity efforts including password management, multi-factor authentication, antivirus protection, and employee security awareness.
Monitor and maintain company Wi-Fi, networking equipment, and internet reliability across locations.
Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and software providers when needed.
Maintain IT asset tracking and documentation for company equipment.
Assist with backup systems, data recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
Support phone systems, cameras, and communication platforms.
Help improve operational efficiency through technology solutions and automation opportunities.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company information.
Assist leadership with IT-related projects, implementations, and process improvements.
Respond to urgent technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

IT Specialist Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
2+ years of IT support experience preferred.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with cloud-based systems and business software platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot independently and solve problems quickly.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with cybersecurity best practices preferred.
Experience with Monday.com, Slack, SafetyCulture, or ERP systems is a plus.
Must maintain professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license required.
