Job Title: IT Technical Aid 889
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90012
Assignment type: Temporary (12 months
w/ high chance of extension or hire)
Pay rate: $20-$22/hour
Description:- Provide basic IT support under professional supervision.
- Assist users with IT issues, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution.
- Document, track, research, and escalate technical problems as needed.
- Support system testing and validate user manuals and procedures.
- Operate and maintain office and high-speed commercial printers.
- Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, cabling, and other IT hardware.
- Lift and move office supplies and equipment up to 20 lbs.
Qualifications:- Knowledge of customer service, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication.
- 2+ years of clerical experience in an IT environment, including desktop software support, installation, or high-speed printer operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
