Responsibilities: Technology Assessment: Evaluate the current state of technology infrastructure, including networking, audio/visual, multimedia, conference room equipment, and end-user technologies in corporate branch offices. Systems Engineering: Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice on necessary technical requirements, upgrades, and improvements to enhance security, efficiency and performance in these environments. System Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems as needed. Network Management: Set-up, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and security. Multimedia and AV Support: Maintain and support audio/visual and multimedia equipment, ensuring optimal functionality. User Training: Train branch office staff on the use of new technologies and systems, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of assessments, recommendations, and implemented solutions for branch offices. Travel: 25%-40% travel (US Domestic).
