Job Description
- We are looking for some recruiting assistance with a technical position in our I.T. Department. Specifically, an I.T. Technical Lead - someone who can lead the day-to-day technical direction of the internal IT department while remaining hands-on across infrastructure, support escalation, security, systems administration, and project execution. This person acts as the senior technical resource for the team, mentors two junior IT staff members, sets standards for quality and documentation, and helps ensure the business has reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations.
- We're looking for someone who can transition into the manager role; so maybe someone with 3-5 years' experience who is working on getting their master's or maybe just graduated with their masters. While this person will be a lead for the 2 junior staff, within a short while we would expect this person to be able to fully supervise.
