Title: IT Technical Support Analyst (Junior/entry Level)
Location: San Jose, CA95134
Duration: 9 months (Possible Extension)
Shift: M to F - 8am to 4pm

• 100% onsite at San Jose, CA
• High School Degree required
• 0 to 2 years of experience (any relevant experience with computers will be considered, however some experience will be preferred) - training will be provided as well
• Looking for somebody that is willing to learn and be part of a team

The Technical Analyst is responsible for all operational aspects of support functions. Effective interpersonal skills matched to strong technical skills are key to this position. This role serves as an on-site and remote technician, working closely with our Executive users, Business Apps, Network, Server, and Information Security groups.

This position reports to the IT Manager, IT Service Americas and is part of the Information Technology team located in San Jose California and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
•Provide excellent hands-on support to the employees working from the San Jose office.
•Develop your career with on-the-job training with learning and certification reimbursement.

The essential requirements of the job include:
•Follow established procedures to independently manage the ticketing system queue to provide tier 2 desktop support for internal staff working locally and remotely.
•Maintain onboarding and offboarding following standard operating procedures.
•Configure and maintain computers imaged with Windows 11 and MAC OS including advanced troubleshooting including MS Applications.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
•Sitting or standing for long periods may be necessary.
•Some lifting (greater than 25 pounds) might be necessary; IT employees occasionally must lift at least 50 pounds.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
•Active Directory Management
•ServiceNow ITSM Ticketing
•Executive Support
•Knowledge article creation
