Waldorf University is seeking interested and qualified candidates to join and add to the IT Department in Forest City IA, as a full-time IT Technical Support Representative. This position will support and maintain in-house and remote computer equipment and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation and network performance. Must be able to troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. The IT Technical Support Representative must be able to move throughout campus to deliver hands-on support, respond promptly to service needs, and ensure reliable technology operations across multiple buildings. Primary work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional evenings/weekends and extended hours when requested. Maintenance activities that affect service availability routinely require work outside of regular business hours. Excellent customer service and telephone support skills required.
