Detailed Job Description
Has hands-on experience with Eclipse-based healthcare applications, supporting claims processing, configuration, and policy-driven workflows within payer ecosystems.
Strong understanding of end-to-end claims lifecycle, benefits setup, and adjudication processes, enabling effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Strong QA leadership across claims adjudication and provider workflows
Expertise in end-to-end test strategy, execution, and defect management
Experience managing upstream/downstream integrations
Focus on test data readiness, environment alignment, and release assurance
Proven ability to drive cross-functional coordination and reduce defect leakage

8-10 years
