Job Description:
Provide hands-on IT hardware support in a warehouse environment, including troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading RF scanners, printers, laptops, and other end-user devices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair RF scanners, printers, laptops, and other hardware
Perform imaging and mobile device troubleshooting
Reset Active Directory passwords and manage basic account support
Test and repair network cabling as needed
Support equipment upgrades and deployments
Work independently to resolve technical issues in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and walk extensively throughout the shift (15–18k steps/day)
Must-Haves:
1–3 years of desktop support experience
Experience in a domain-based IT environment
Imaging and mobile device troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Active Directory (resetting passwords, basic administration)
Network cabling testing skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Prior experience in a warehouse setting
Background in the medical industry
