· Manage Hardware: Set up work stations, laptops, printer’s routers and peripheral devices.
· Maintain Networks: Monitor local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN)

· Manage Access: Create, update and delete user accounts as needed in active directory or cloud platforms.
· Provide Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software and networks ensuring minimal downtime.
· Install Software: Configure operating systems, business applications and security software.
· Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, technical issues and configurations
