Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Technician to provide technical support and maintain the company’s computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, assist employees with IT-related concerns, and help ensure smooth daily operations of all technology systems.



Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and networking systems
  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, internet, and connectivity problems in a timely manner
  • Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
  • Monitor and maintain company servers, security systems, and backups
  • Perform routine system updates, maintenance, and virus protection
  • Assist with installation and maintenance of phone systems, cameras, and office technology equipment
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and equipment
  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when necessary
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies


Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in IT support or help desk environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with network setup and maintenance
  • Familiarity with cloud services, remote desktop support, and backup systems
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection procedures
  • Experience with printers, scanners, and surveillance systems
  • Experience with Razor software and related business management systems preferred


Work Environment

  • Full-time position
  • May require occasional after-hours or weekend support
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment when needed
