Position Summary Job Description Summary:

• Provide first-level help desk support to provide support for all UNIT-supported systems.
• Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems.
• Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
• Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix TDX ticket system.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate student.
• Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Additional Information

• Summer, Fall, and Spring position.
• UNIT will provide ALL training.
