Position Summary
Job Description Summary:
- Provide first-level help desk support to provide support for all UNIT-supported systems.
- Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems.
- Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
- Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix TDX ticket system.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate student.
- Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Information
- Summer, Fall, and Spring position.
- UNIT will provide ALL training.
