Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:

• Provide first-level help desk support to help maintain all UTS-supported systems.
• Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems.
• Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
• Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.

Requirements:

Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

Additional Information:

• Summer, Fall, and Spring position.
• UTS will provide ALL training.

Must have a current drivers license to obtain golf cart certification

Due to the time required and nature of learning TechZone systems and procedures, underclassmen candidates are preferred.

Physical Demands Summary:

• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Wage Rate: $11.25
