Job Responsibilities

Assists in resolving IT related issues per the schools ticketing system and emails in a timely and professional manner. Responsible for imaging and replacement of IT equipment. Configuration and enrollment of devices into the schools MDM sofeware. Helps with IT equipment setup and relocations. Documents all equipment that is installed and/or relocated.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and experience in information technology, electronics technology systems, or other related areas. An associates degree or bachelors degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience.

Additional Comments

If selected for an interview you must provide verification of your highest level of education (i.e., copy of BA Degree, high school diploma, college transcripts) and if applicable, licensure and/or certification (i.e., nursing licensure, teacher licensure, bus driving certification).
