IT Technician II - Site Services Support
Huntsman is seeking a IT Technician II - Site Services Support supporting the IT Division located in multiple sites. This position will report to the Team Lead, IT SD Solution Delivery.
Job Scope
Provides technical services and support for business systems and applications. Supports site functions, roles, and initiatives, as assigned. Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. Responsible for incident and request management using ITSM tools.
In summary, as the IT Technician II, you will:

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications
Education required
• High school diploma or equivalent
Experience required
• 3+ years of related work experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Technology Management
Certifications At least one of the following industry-standard certifications: Security+, CCNA, Network+, MCSE, or other relevant industry standard certificate
Skills and knowledge
• Must have a level of proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs
