As a Help Desk Technician, you're the go-to pro for keeping our technology smooth and reliable across the entire property. From the casino floor to hotel operations and entertainment venues, you make sure desktops, audio/visual set ups, and communication systems are always ready to perform. By solving problems quickly, setting up new tools, and keeping everything connected, you help create the seamless guest and team experience that keeps our resort running at its best.
