    Position Summary

    The IT Technician provides hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring users have reliable access to technology resources.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
    • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity.
    • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and profiles.
    • Assist with inventory management of IT assets and equipment.
    • Support audio/visual equipment and conference room technology.
    • Document support activities and update technical manuals as needed.
    • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Minimum of three years experience.
    • Experience with Konami Synkros preferred

    Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
    • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.
    • Experience with basic networking and troubleshooting tools.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
    • I am willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    • Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
    • Frequent use of computers and hand tools.
    • Occasional travel between office locations may be required.
