  • Support email, telephone, wireless, VPN, remote access, security cameras, and electronic access control systems.
  • Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and end-user reference materials.
  • Provide technology guidance and training to employees as needed.
  • Participate in technology projects, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.
  • Complete cross-training and serve as backup to the System Administrator in designated areas.
  • Participate in service watch, outage response, the Annual Meeting, and other Cooperative events as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Network Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT experience in end-user support, desktop administration, or IT operations.

  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems and applications, including Microsoft 365.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file and print services.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, basic routing, firewalls, cabling, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with computer hardware, peripherals, endpoint protection, patch management, backup solutions, and monitoring tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment in determining when an issue should be escalated.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to employees with different levels of technical knowledge.
  • Dependability, integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% of the employee premium paid by the Cooperative.
  • Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage.
