Must Have Skills
Data Modeling and Design
Develop and implement normalized OLTP data models.
Design efficient database schemas, including tables, relationships, and constraints.
Create and maintain data model policies and procedures for functional design.
Performance Optimization
Ensure the OLTP system's high performance and scalability.
Address data-related problems regarding systems integration and compatibility.
Implement strategies for data capacity planning and scalability.
Data Quality and Governance
Establish methods for tracking data quality, completeness, and redundancy.
Implement data governance frameworks and stewardship processes.
Ensure data security and compliance with applicable regulations.
Collaboration and Communication
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate with project leads, consultants, and business unit leaders on data-related projects.
Communicate effectively with customers and project teams, escalating issues when necessary.
Technical Skills
