Lead major incident bridges, restoration coordination, and postincident reviews with ConEd leadership.
Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, Regulatory expectations, and internal governance standards.
Provide deep expertise in ASP.NET ASP.NET Core applications used in operational workflows.
