Detailed Job Description: Strong hands-on experience in Fortinet and/or Versa SD-WAN platforms Ability to act as the technical point of contact between Verizon, Infosys, and OEM/vendor teams
Experience in: Day-to-day technical coordination Issue triaging and prioritization Defect tracking and escalation follow-up Feature clarification with OEM teams Support for certification and engineering teams
Good understanding of: SD-WAN incidents, defects, feature behavior, and release dependencies Change coordination Problem management Configuration and platform behavior analysis
Ability to support: Technical discussions with customer teams Escalations with vendor TAC/product engineering Tracking of open issues, dependencies, and resolution plans Strong documentation and reporting skills: MOMs Action trackers Risk / issue logs Weekly governance updates Onsite Resident Engineer should additionally have Strong customer-facing communication Hands-on troubleshooting capability Ability to represent Infosys in Verizon operational and technical forums Ability to work closely with vendor engineering/support teams for rapid resolution Good understanding of both platform engineering and operational coordination Offshore Coordination / Support resource should additionally have Structured tracking and reporting capability Follow-up with labs, network engineering, and OEM teams Support for documentation, issue logs, certification dependencies, and meeting governance
