Hands-on experience with Tableau and Looker dashboard development.
Proficiency in Python-based analytics and automation.
Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted analytics solutions.
Ability to communicate insights effectively to business and leadership stakeholders.

Nice to Have
Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience
Experience with Verizon or other Tier-1 telecom clients

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Data Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Python, and Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing dashboards and reports, automating data processes, generating actionable business insights, and leveraging AI-powered productivity tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Insights
Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify business trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and present actionable recommendations.
Develop KPI dashboards, executive scorecards, and operational reports.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
Oracle PL/SQL Development
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
Perform database tuning and query performance optimization.
Design ETL processes and data validation routines.
Support data integration and migration activities.
Dashboard & Visualization Development

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using:
Tableau
Looker / LookML
Create executive-level visualizations and self-service reporting solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and visualization best practices.
Python & Analytics Automation
Develop Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
Automate recurring reporting processes and data quality checks.
