IT Training Specialist

Location: Los Angeles, CHybrid - approximately 70% onsite, 30% remote

Salary Range:$40- 48/hr.

Introduction

An opportunity for a skilled professional to serve as an educator in the IT sector, focusing on training and support for newly implemented technology and applications. This role involves educational support for end-user training, new employee training, post-implementation optimization, stabilization training, remediation training, and instructional design across various educational settings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven IT virtual and in-person training experience, in a healthcare setting.
• Competency in both Ambulatory and Inpatient Cerner clinical bundle of applications.
• Proficiency in the use of Office suite of applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and Visio.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience training business applications such as ServiceNow, Kronos, Lawson, etc.
• Ability to understand business and clinical application workflows.
• Experience writing eLearning scripts.
• Hands-on experience developing a range of training materials, including participant guides, job aids, quick reference guides, and short video tutorials.
• Experience utilizing SnagIt.
• Experience working in a large and dynamic project environment preferred.
• Proven track record of excellence and commitment as a professional.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct end-user training and new employee training sessions.
• Develop and design instructional materials for various educational settings.
• Manage small project initiatives and troubleshoot intermittent technical problems.
