UX Designer

Join the Digital Rep Solutions Team as a mid-level User Experience (UX) Designer. The team designs and builds internal applications for advisors, focusing on Salesforce and financial services cloud migration. The position reports to the Sr. Manager/UX Designer and collaborates across business stakeholder groups and product teams. The role blends creative problem-solving and high design standards with user research, aiming to deliver intuitive internal tools within a regulated digital environment.

Deliver end-to-end product experiences, including user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Drive design direction that aligns with user and stakeholder research. Identify and implement design and process improvements. Communicate with product teams and stakeholders to understand vision, share ideas, and present solutions. Foster collaborative design practices with product owners, designers, researchers, and technology partners. Leverage and contribute to the team's design system and component library. Educate other teams about the benefits and impact of UX.

3–5 years of experience as a user experience designer. BA degree or equivalent professional experience. Proven expertise in UX design methods, best practices, tools, and deliverables. Strong grasp of usability principles and techniques. Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to influence design decisions. Accessibility (A11y) knowledge and experience. Skilled in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Effective presentation and facilitation skills, with ability to communicate at all organizational levels. Collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset and openness to learning. Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design experience.

CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce or Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Experience designing for SaaS applications or internal platforms. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Understanding of front-end technologies. Experience in Agile environments. Portfolio showcasing detailed case studies and design processes. Industry experience in regulated sectors (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance preferred).
