IT Vendor & Contract Coordinator (Hybrid)

We're hiring an IT Vendor & Contract Coordinator to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 years of project coordination or other related work experience
• Vendor management experience
• Experience communicating with executive-level management
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• Project management experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key vendor and contract activities, including requesting vendor registrations and assisting IT payables with required documentation
• Support renewal functions for critical IT vendor contracts
• Review and analyze reports for senior leadership
• Collaborate closely with the chief negotiator, negotiation team, and key vendors
• Maintain and update IT vendor databases to ensure accurate workflow and support department projects

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; OR
• 4 years of job-related work experience or Associate's and 2 years of job-related work experience

The hourly rate for this position is $32.00.
