This role manages warehouse applicationsincluding WMS, WCS, automation interfaces, labeling/printing solutions, and supporting toolswhile leading a small team responsible for system uptime, enhancements, and user support. The manager works closely with Operations, IT, Systems Support, and vendors to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable warehouse systems performance across multiple sites. Duties include leading, mentoring, and developing a team of application administrators, developers, and support specialists. The manager is responsible for day-to-day performance, configuration, and support of multiple warehouse systems (WMS, WCS, custom apps, printing solutions, RF devices). They manage system incidents, root-cause analysis, and change requests to ensure stable operations. The manager drives excellent customer service by overseeing support ticket intake, communication, and resolution. They partner with Operations to identify process improvements and drive system enhancement prioritization. The manager leads system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and implementations for new facilities or processes across multiple sites and systems. They coordinate UAT, training, documentation, and cross-functional communication for all changes. The manager collaborates with IT to support integrations, APIs, data accuracy, and hardware reliability. They maintain reporting and dashboards to support operational KPIs and inventory accuracy.
