You'll become an integral part of a small, high-impact team where your curiosity is encouraged, your voice is valued, and your work directly impacts how teams collaborate and innovate.What You'll Be DoingAs an IT Workplace Administrator, you'll support both Mac and Windows environments, acting as a key support partner across IT, engineering, and security teams. Your core focus will be managing and optimizing endpoint platforms like Intune and Jamf, ensuring compliance, security, and performance across a variety of devices.Your day-to-day will include:Configuring and managing endpoint tools (Intune, Jamf) for enrollment, policy, compliance, and software deploymentDeveloping, testing, and deploying applications and security policiesHandling escalated support tickets and partnering with the Engineering team for deeper technical troubleshootingActing as a liaison between Workplace Experience and Engineering to ensure the smooth resolution of IT issuesSupporting a range of SaaS applications, including Slack, Okta, and Google WorkspaceUsing Jira to manage and track support workflowsWriting and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation for systems and support proceduresWhat You Bring2+ years of experience with Intune (required) and/or Jamf (preferred) in a fast-paced or high-growth environmentStrong comfort with Windows environments and working familiarity with macOS, or an eagerness to learnExperience with endpoint lifecycle management, compliance, and security standardsScripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or similar for automation and efficiencyExcellent communication and collaboration skills — you'll support everyone from engineers to business usersFamiliarity with SaaS ecosystems and platforms like Slack, Okta, and Google WorkspaceExperience with ticketing systems, preferably JiraA degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experienceBonus Points ForCertifications in Intune, Jamf, or endpoint security platformsExperience supporting globally distributed teamsA strong troubleshooting mindset and desire to learn through exposure to new tools and technologiesWhy This Role RocksThis is a temp-to-hire opportunity designed to evolve into a long-term role — the ideal chance to demonstrate your value while being supported by a high-trust, collaborative culture.
