IT Workplace Support Technician

Your skills\n\n 2\u20133 years of IT support experience\n Strong customer service and communication skills\n Working knowledge of Windows environments and business applications\n Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues\n Experience with ITSM tools and asset management is preferred\n This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $50,000 \u2013 $52,000 USD\n \nYour tasks\n \nHemmersbach is seeking an experienced Workplace Support Technician to provide onsite IT support for end users, devices, and workplace technology. You will resolve incidents and service requests, perform IMACD activities, support hardware break-fix, asset management, and deliver excellent customer service, including VIP support when required.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals\n \n\n Perform device deployments, imaging, installations, moves, and decommissions\n \n\n Manage assets, inventory, and ServiceNow updates\n \n\n Support meeting rooms and collaboration technologies\n \n\n Coordinate repairs with OEM and third-party vendors\n \n\n Maintain SLA compliance and accurate ticket documentation\n \n\n \nBe part of us\n \nHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
