We are engaging Italian Transcription Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on audio transcription and AI training. In this role, you'll apply your Italian language expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Transcribe audio samples in Italian and, when required, in English with high accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
2. Review and edit transcripts to ensure completeness, consistency, and correct representation of spoken content.
3. Annotate audio data as specified, contributing vital insights for AI model training.
4. Flag unclear or low-quality audio and provide feedback on transcription challenges.
5. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and address specific linguistic nuances.
6. Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout all transcription assignments.
7. Deliver timely, high-quality transcripts that meet established standards and contribute to project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native-level fluency in Italian, with strong comprehension of both spoken and written language.
2. Demonstrated experience in professional audio transcription, especially for linguistic or AI-related projects.
3. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and comprehensive transcripts.
4. Strong familiarity with audio transcription tools and best practices.
5. Ability to identify, interpret, and annotate linguistic subtleties and audio ambiguities.
6. Previous experience supporting AI training data projects is a plus, though not required.
7. Proactive communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work independently.
