Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years of progressive IT experience, specifically in:
- Architecture/Engineering
- Information Security
- Specialized technology fields
- Experience directly related to IT disaster recovery and architecture.

Job Requirements

- Ensure infrastructure patterns adequately support recovery compliance.

- Understand professional concepts, standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards within the ITDR domain.
- Make decisions regarding work approach and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess Humana on-premises and cloud applications for current configurations.
- Review application and infrastructure architecture from an IT disaster recovery perspective.
- Identify gaps in system builds and configurations.
- Recommend and implement solution fixes.
- Assess recovery readiness and compliance.
- Evaluate the feasibility and worthiness of performing live recovery testing.
- Work with application and infrastructure groups to improve resilience and recovery capabilities.
- Support disaster recovery architecture and automation initiatives.
- Translate recovery objectives into actionable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure systems meet defined recovery objectives.
