Job Summary

This role involves autonomously setting up, completing sanitation, and running equipment for trials, with a focus on the Cereal platform. You will provide support to various platforms, ensuring strong customer service and operational excellence.

Schedule

2PM - 10PM, Monday - Friday; occasional weekends. Flexibility required as business needs evolve.

Key Accountabilities

• Safely operate equipment and perform risk assessments.
• Lead teams to resolve safety risks and ensure food safety.
• Maintain and teach skills on multiple unit operations/systems.
• Lead equipment sanitation activities and inspect post-sanitation.
• Focus on maintenance, electrical, and controls with a technical emphasis.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sanitation experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 55 lbs.
• Comfortable in a processing environment.
• Proficiency in operating equipment autonomously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Basic computer skills (Office Suite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong self-starter with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Previous work experience in a similar field.
• Experience in foodservice and laboratory settings.
