Overview:

Key responsibilities include:

Configuring and supporting Itron Enterprise Edition (IEE) modules (interval data, events, EEV, validations)
Managing meter configurations including TOU, registers, interval data, and firmware mappings
Analyzing end-to-end meter data flows from field devices to enterprise systems
Supporting integrations with HES, CIS, Billing, OMS, and data platforms
Troubleshooting data quality, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks
Working with batch processing, file-based interfaces, and messaging frameworks

We are looking for candidates with:

Strong experience with Itron IEE OR other MDMS platforms (Oracle MDM, SAP IS-U, etc.)
Solid understanding of metering concepts (interval data, TOU, registers, events)
Experience with AMI / Smart Metering programs
Hands-on experience in SQL and data analysis
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and integration patterns
Exposure to utility systems (billing, outage, CIS, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
