Summary:
The ITS Account Manager will monitor inventory levels daily, order items that fall below minimum inventory levels, determine substitutions, maintain equipment at accounts, and solicit sales of new or additional services or products.

Responsibilities of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
Monitor inventory levels daily
Ordering items that fall below minimum inventory levels
Determine substitutions
Maintain equipment at accounts
Customer relations
Basic understanding of metal cutting products
Solicit sales of new or additional services or products

Qualifications of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
Ambitious and serious about starting your career
College degree preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Organized
Able to follow procedures
Strong customer orientation
Attention to detail
Problem analysis and resolution skills
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is a must

Additional Notes: 

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be comfortable with long commutes to customer locations.

Working Conditions:

50/50 split between in-office and in-shop work.

Training/Certifications:

None required.

Shift Time/Overtime:

8:00 AM–5:00 PM; overtime available as needed to complete tasks.

Travel:

Approximately 50% travel for customer deliveries.

Education:

High school diploma required.
