    Description

    ITSM Process Improvement Manager
    Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
    Contract:  12 Months (with potential extension)
    *extensive background check required*

    We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to lead enterprise process engineering and operational optimization initiatives supporting digital transformation efforts. This role will evaluate current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and deliver data-driven improvement strategies aligned with technology solutions.

    Required Qualifications
    • 8+ years in process engineering or business process improvement
    • 5+ years evaluating and optimizing workflows
    • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
    • Experience leading large-scale process transformation initiatives
    • Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
    • Some experience in regulated environments, Lean certification, familiarity with automation/low-code tools is highly desirable

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct end-to-end process reviews across functional areas
    • Document “As-Is” and design optimized “To-Be” workflows
    • Perform gap and root cause analysis (Lean/Six Sigma methodologies)
    • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure impact and ROI
    • Translate optimized processes into functional and non-functional requirements for modular or low-code solutions
    • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with IT and operations teams
    • Deliver executive reports, improvement roadmaps, and final recommendations
