Provide a short description of the Position:
ITS State Liquor Authority is developing a system for online payments using Microsoft .NET and we require HBITS to guide the development effort to perform application development, solution design, and create functional and technical documents. The consultant should also analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate portal functionality and should work with architects and developers to configure and support various back-office integration points and activities.
Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate:
Provide Solution design, create functional and technical documents. Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technology in support of ITS SLA. Analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate LEAP/Portal functionality. Work with architects and developers to configure and support various back-office points and activities. Detail daily tasks will include but not limited to the following:

What type and/or manner, of knowledge transfer is requested during the Engagement?
Candidate must regularly meet and communicate to a team of technologists during this engagement. Consultants are expected to provide knowledge transfer to unit staff as part of their duties; including mentoring state staff, sharing of methodologies, forms and customs commensurate with the activities being performed repairing process documentation, etc. Towards the end of the engagement, a transition meeting will be required to review any open items for the project. A list of open tasks must be submitted and reviewed prior to the final transition meeting.
