As an IV Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role within a dedicated pharmacy team in Glendale. In this position, you will work closely alongside your colleagues to ensure seamless daily operations, maintain clean room standards, and uphold the highest level of accuracy in compounding medications.

What You'll Do
As an IV Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Assist in medication preparation and dispensing to support daily pharmacy operations
  • Fulfill prescription orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage and maintain inventory and stock levels to ensure consistent supply availability
  • Perform compounding duties including mixing medications in the clean room
  • Process patient pick-ups and manage incoming supplies in a timely manner
  • Organize and track drug orders to maintain proper workflow and documentation
  • Share both compounding and clerical responsibilities with a fellow technician, ensuring a well-balanced and productive work environment

What You'll Bring:
  • Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent
  • Active NHA or PTCB certification (required)
  • Compounding experience (required, chemotherapy experience preferred) 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to different pharmacy environments and workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
