Ivanti CMDB Implementation Architect
Location: Evansville, Indiana Only W2 Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Ivanti CMDB Implementation: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Ivanti CMDB implementation, from design to execution, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
- Design CMDB Solution: Define the structure for Configuration Items (CIs), their relationships, attributes, and dependencies based on ITIL best practices.
- Data Governance & Lifecycle: Create data governance policies to ensure CMDB data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
- Integration with ITSM Tools: Integrate Ivanti CMDB with other ITSM tools to automate processes like change management, incident management, and asset management.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and optimize the CMDB to enhance its performance and adapt to new business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams and business units to ensure the CMDB meets organizational requirements.
Skills Required
- Strong experience with Ivanti CMDB and ITIL processes.
- Expertise in configuration management, service management, and data governance.
- Experience with ITSM tool integrations.
- Proficient in PowerShell, SQL, or similar scripting languages.
- Project management skills and experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in Ivanti ITSM & CMDB solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- Ivanti CMDB certifications preferred.
- Experience in a leadership role is a plus.
