Designs call flows and Voice User Interface (VUI)
Make application changes per call flows and VUI
Documents technical designs
Resource should have ability to learn new technology and willing to contribute new initiatives.
Experience or exposure with IVR development, specifically Avaya Orchestration Designer framework Experience with Nuance speech recognition and text to speech software
