IVR Tester

Please review the job description below. Job ID: 18-30608 Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. At least 4 years of experience in IVR systems including QA and Automation and Customer Care application QA skills. At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle and testing life cycle. At least 3 years of experience in testing web services and Unix based applications Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review. At least 3 years of experience in Automation of Front end and back end applications. At least 3 years' experience working in Client ALM Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience to IVR and Cable domain Analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
