Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) or Tivoli Workload Scheduler.
- Experience in enterprise job scheduling concepts: Job streams, Calendars, Dependencies, Event-based scheduling.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Bash, or similar) is an advantage.
- Understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server) from a scheduler integration perspective.
Process Tools Experience
- Working in 24x7 production support environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
