The J Resort is a full-service hotel-casino with over 500 rooms and wide variety of Slots and Table Games. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assists bartenders in mixing and serving drink orders of patrons at the bar
- Stocks the coolers and freezers with beer, beverages and other drinks as the need arises
- Take and prepares the drink orders of the restaurant guests and servers as necessary
- Wipes the bar and removes the trash as necessary
- Checks and changes the CO2 pumps, liquor bottles, etc. as needed
- Keeps up with the general cleanliness of the bar at all times
- Assists the bartender in taking food/drink orders, running food/drinks, and answering questions about menu(s)
- Stocks the needed supplies and condiments on the bar
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Some bar knowledge preferred
- Nevada State Alcohol Awareness card
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
