Seeking motivated, detail-oriented Assembly Operators in Valencia, CA for a Temp-Direct role with a pay rate of $25.00-$27.00/hr DOE.
Primary duties include
- Hand soldering following J-STD-001 standards
- Adjusting disc springs to specifications
- Using hand tools and precision instruments (calipers, gages, dial indicators) to check and test products
- Interpreting blueprints, drawings, schematics, and engineering specs
- Maintaining a clean work area and following safety procedures
Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to hand solder per standards, read pressure gauges, use hand tools, and basic math skills.
